Looking for caviar skin care products, unfortunately Sephora doesn’t carry them!!!

I don't normally give bad ratings to places, but there's a first time for everything I guess. I don't know why this place has 4 stars because it does NOT deserve that many. Their customer service is SO bad to the point where I don't even go there anymore. I always go to Sephora, I'm the type of person that'll just go in just to browse and see if there's anything new that just came out or if there's anything I like and maybe come back to purchase it another time, but this location literally does not allow you to do that. The whole experience is so uncomfortable to be honest like here's how a typical experience would go; as soon as you walk in you won't be greeted, but instead the first thing you'll see is a group of employees talking or if not a group, a person just talking to her friend on the phone. Next, when you're walking around, an employee will notice that you're here and come to ask if you need anything which sounds like a regular thing to do, except if you DO need anything chances are she has minimal knowledge of the products that the store offers. She'll sound confident, but I'm quite educated on the topic so I know that most things she's telling me is nonsense and she's just saying a bunch of things. If you don't need anything they'll say "okay", but stand there hovering over you which gets so uncomfortable because when I go shop I wanna be alone and weigh my options. Like, if I needed anything I'd go ask. Aside from the customer service let's talk about the actual variety of products that they offer; well, there really isn't all that much. I mean they have the basic brands like Becca (which is closing in September), Fenty, Sephora Collection (duh), and Benefit, however, they're missing some of my favourite brands like Patrick Ta and Pat McGrath. I mean, these brands aren't available in any Sephora in Saudi which makes no sense to me because other Sephoras have them. Oh one more thing, they let you test their products like swatch it and everything which would be good if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic. Overall, if you know what you want to get and expect to be in there for less than 10 minutes then yeah go ahead buy whatever you want, but if you want to actually browse the store because you like it better than browsing the website online then don't go. The whole experience will get super awkward and uncomfortable real quick. If you want makeup, sometimes brands (Colourpop, Huda Beauty, Kylie Cosmetics, Beauty Bay, ASOS, etc.) give you free international shipping if you pay $60+ USD which is around 225 SAR. I think this is a better option especially since makeup here can get SO expensive (compared to their actual price in the US) for no reason.

Nice place to finding good products

Very bad customer service. They are least bothered to do their job. Cashier is mostly chilling inside some room. Employes there r chitchating in group n lazy to help around and d amount of attitude they throw. If it ws for the products ,wouldnt visit them at all
