يعيب المدرسة كثرة أعداد الطلاب بالفصل
أكبر مدرسة متوسطة بعفيف من ناحية العدد
الطلاب فيها محترمين الى درجة كبيرة وهناك قلة قليلة تشذ عن هذه القاعدة
مرافق المدرسة اكثر من رائعة صالة رياضية مجهزة وملعب كرة قدم وغرف للتربية البدنية والفنية
ومبنى للتوعية الاسلامية مجهز بأحدث الوسائل التقنية
يطلق عليها سابقا المتوسطة الثانية
عدد الطلاب الكلي ٢٧٤ طالب تقريبا ويصل الى ٣٠٠ طالب هذا العام
