โ โ โ โ โ Before last ramadan i had a rt ruh qai. My seat was business. My return was around 21:00. The flight was delayed we arrived in ruh just before fasting time. No food or drink was offered the whole time. Later, i was offered sr40 discount on my next time extra luggage. Now, Iโd rather walk than fly saudia.

โ โ โ โ โ A gentlemen named Mohammed claimed he was the supervisor. This man showed extreme un professionalism when communicating with customers + making a booking change extremely difficult for customers. I donโt recommend people fly Saudia for their poor quality of service

โ โ โ โ โ They charged for a quarantine package from their website and when my family arrived, they were forced into a furnished apartment. They kept arguing the terms and conditions allow them to give us an equivalent booking but a furnished apartment booking is not equivalent to a hotel booking. Moreover, the apartment has no electricity overnight for most of the days. This is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service (i am an expat) not frendly. Reached this office after 6 pm and during that time staff are behaving like they are exhausted. Don't know is this only my experience. Be careful to double check your details in the ticket before leaving the office, if there is any mistakes in the name ,we have to pay for correction.

โ โ โ โ โ It was written closing time 8 30 pm but they close before half hour we awaited outside no body even came to ask /help (guard or staff) though there were staff inside -- very poor customer service
