★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it is good. Staff is good and trying their best but needs some improvements.
First, the office shall be relocated because the building is not good as compared to any other Saudi Post, especially parking is not enough now.
Second, respect office timings. As many customers have the same complaint.
Third, its a request to the management that kindly consider the customer's complaints and try to solve them.
Vision 2030 improvements shall start to be seen in KSA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All those who are criticising the Saudi Post, why don't you use some private courier then?
They are delivering thousands of couriers across the Kingdom from all over the world with the lowest prices.
What do you expect huh?
I received 13 couriers from Alibaba and Aliexpress through Saudi Post and never faced any big issue.
There should be more counters and some other improvements but i am not going to say that they are totally bad.
Those guys are doing their jobs.
The ones who think that Saudi post is very bad, please, you all use some other courier services which will charge you twice the amount of Saudi Post and believe me you will be very satisfied with the service because it will be effective on your pocket.
