★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first thought the other reviews here were exaggerated but I couldn’t be more wrong. I had an absolutely terrible experience.
Firstly, they refused to allow a gentleman in front of me to come in cause he wore shorts. In 2021 this is still happening for some reason. Second, they only gave me one of my 2 packages. The guy on the far left counter first said wait 5 minutes for the 2nd package but 15 minutes later I went to ask again but he ignored me completely. I raised my voice out of frustration but no response except that they don’t speak English and that they don’t know where the package is. One person than translated and another employee said he’ll find the package but another 10 minutes later he made me talk to the other rude guy who again showed attitude as if he is a kid whose feelings I hurt. He refused to talk to my friend on the phone who spoke Arabic. Absolutely horrible experience, would recommend any other branch than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 times they lies to me about my packages that it’s turned back but when i called 19992 they said its there and did turn back yet ! You guys need to check because i think some of the workers are lazy to do them work i have an advice if you don’t want to help the people leave the work please because we all don’t have time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get it! You hate your job here, but please don't make us suffer. Worst place to do business. Staff is inside hiding and posting a note on the door saying that they are doing some maintenance. A big fat lie. Shame on you!
