★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saudi national hospital is good hospital in makkah city it's one of the oldest hospital good management hygienic cleaning all of them but sometime approval is very very delay very nice place everything else is fine doctors also very cooperative ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital building is maintained well however it is very old building. Reception is good. However the doctors and nurses are ill mannered and doesn't care for patients at all. Average waiting time to see doctor is 1-2 hours. Highly not recommended to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the doctors here do not serve the patient well, because after they checkup their patient, they will only give you the result and then you dismiss’ they won't tell you what’s the problem or what symptoms you have! They just give result without explanation or something, after they they will refer you to other hospitals,
One doctor in door 159 he said go to the counter and pay this one, he just give note ? and i give to the counter, then counter said my insurance is not working! So i said why? But i have no choice, the man said if you want to checkups again you should you pay insurance so i pay insurance , after that he said go to door 158 , ok then i go to the doctor , after he said this tools that need to check up your liver not available here !
so what nonsense is that, ! after we pay for everything, then you say it's not available here at your hospital, then you say you go there at the makkah medical center ,it’s available there! why you didn't tell us right away that we need to move to the hospital? I paid for nothing , you made us wait, you just called us for a while, because the only thing we can hear from you is that it's not available here! I just wasted time! Mr door 158 and mr door 159,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of dr gulnaz and dr shafia obgyn department ordering unnecessary procedures and surgeries and patient neglect. On top of that rude and unprofessional behavior. Always take a second opinion and don’t be deceived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go to this hospital for Covid test, they delay test results for more than 4 to 5 hours, & if you have flight on same day, you will miss ur flight for sure.
I have to leave my friends at this hospital to chase for report & I meanwhile started for airport with uncertainty
