★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This SCHS doesn’t know anything about dataflow wherein dataflow is insisting to seek help from them? Are you guys really helping professionals or just collecting money from the people due to the near collapse of KSA, sorry to say this but SCHS are useles. How strange dataflow has no connection to them? Other countries are very excellent when it comes to solving issues regarding professional documents, why SAUDI cant??? Is because of the not well trained employees? Or other factors? Please help your expats or else you guys will really suffer from lifting again your country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to process my NNAS papers. I got lost initially but was directed to the right room afterwards. For those who would need to process their NNAS docs just proceed directly to 2nd floor and look for Mr. Waseem. This guy’s very helpful and truly accommodating. ?

Edited: Sorry mates! Rules have changed to be tougher for Expat Docs! One should have the medical license of their Native country, or else they’re not eligible to appear in SMLE and can’t practice in the Kingdom. I’m uploading the new requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid by Visa for my application but it was not reflected to their system and after 2 months of waiting and complaining and following up my online ticket complain , they told me we have a visa issues and you are not the 1st one to complaint . their solution was to cancel my application and create another one and pay by SADAD ! unresponsible thieves

What not to hate about this establishment?
Not sure from where to start.
The crazy unrealistic training fees? They're The hospitals are the primary responsible body not them. if hospitals refused to give proper training or even abuse the trainees? They have zero authority to defend residents or trainees. ZERO.
The laughable fees to get a "certificate suitable for framing"?
Who designed this piece of paper? Apart from high fees that you have to pay them, the design is annoyingly hard to look at.
The continuously changing rules? The questionable "Data flow" process?
Really what is the goal here? To establish a "royal collage"? There are already successful establishments around the world to learn from and copy, then improve accordingly. But to start from scratch and go sideways and getting lost is not a great way to improve service for healthcare workers.
Needless to say that some employees are far from rude and tasteless when dealing specially with foreigners.
There are some great helpful employees that go beyond to help others. But they are few.
Hopefully they get better ASAP.
I've heard the Riyadh branch is far better than this one which is weird.
Quick tip, get off your phones and speak properly to the "customers" and show some respect. And don't spend an hour to pray, we all know it doesn't take that long.

You can finish your business here in minutes, just make sure to bring necessary documents upon coming here. Wide lounge, clean place, spacious parking. I would like to commend Mr. Amer Moosa for assisting me well regarding my concerns, thank you for being accomodating. Keep up the good work

They should respect female as they were also born from female. Why do these people have so much ego and attitude as if they owned this place? And we came for begging? No way. We are licensed health care professionals with our own capabilities. Not very good experience with this place. Staffs are projecting their stress on us who have no personal issues. These people dont even accept their mistke. Very poor behaviur . I dont recommend this place
