★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ مغسلة تتعامل معاهم والله لو في تقييم زيرو بعطيهم زيرو تقييم لان الملابس تتاخر مرة ويتكرر الموضوع اكثر من مرة يتاخرون مررررررررة في تسليم الملابس

غسلت ملابسي عندهم دراي كلين (بخار) وصغرت احجامها
I do not recommend it, especially for woolen clothes
I washed my clothes, they have a dry clean (steam) and their sizes got smaller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مغسلة تعاملت معها في السعودية أضاعوا ثوبين من ٣ اسابيع و إلى الآن ما يردون علي فقط يؤجلون ....إدارة سيئة جدا اول تعامل معهم يضيعون ثوبين ما حصلت لي من قبل أبدا....
تعديل تم اعادة الثوبين الحمد لله لكن لازلت انصح بعدم التعامل معهم....
The worst laundry I dealt with in Saudi Arabia, they lost two clothes from 3 weeks ago and until now they do not respond to me, they are only delayed .... Very bad management.
The two dresses have been returned, thank God, but I still advise not to deal with them....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يعطيهم العافية غسلت عندهم ملابسي ورجعوها وسخة ومكوية وبعض الملابس عليها بقع غريبة.. تجربة سيئة بشكل لايوصف، وللاسف استعجلت في اختيارهم قبل أقرأ التعليقات عنهم.

طلبت تعويض بعدما أتلفت المغسلة ثياب صوف حيث قاموا بغسلها غسيل عادي وأنا دافع ومحدد غسيل جاف.
الإدارة غير مهتمة او مبالية بزبائنها ،،، لم يتم الاعتذار ولم يتم الرد على طلب التعويض وتم التواصل مع وزارة التجارة
