★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم افتتاح اول فرع بالاحساء وانصدم بسوء التعامل وعدم مصداقية العامل ٣ايام لم استلم الثياب مع السعر المرتفع ولا يستحق نجمه واحدة
 The first branch was opened in Al-Ahsa, and I was shocked by the mistreatment and the lack of credibility of the worker. 3 days, I did not receive the clothes with the high price and it does not deserve one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء من كذا مافيه .. رفعت طلب ماقبلوا الطلب رفعت مذكره ماحد رد تواصلت معاهم في تويتر ماردوا !! الله لا يوفقكم ولا يربحكم.. تعاملوا مع الناس بامانه .. ضياع في ضياع
Worse than that, there is no way.. I raised a request that they accepted. I raised a note, and there was no response. I contacted them on Twitter, they wanted!! God does not help you or make you profitable.. deal with people honestly.. lost in lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف جيتهم بمعرض الاقمشة وسويت اشتراك عندهم وعطيتهم ملابسي وقالوا بتوصلك خلال يومين وللحين ماشفتها واتصل مايردون والتطبيق فاشل والمناديب فاشلين
عندهم موظفين مايستاهلونهم للامانه عمار العلي ومها العطاس وواحد ثاني نسيت اسمه. كانوا كويسين. لكن مابعد الاشتراك لم اجد حتى من يستقبل الاتصال. مانقول الا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل وبيننا هئية الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ مغسلة تعاملت معها بالسعودية ضيعوا فرشي مع الاف من العملاء الاخرين، المحل الي وديته له دايما مقفل، خدمة العملاء مايردون بالاسابيع، وعدوني بتعويض وللان لي اكثر من ٤ شهور اطارد وراهم لا رجعوا فرشي ولا عطوني تعويض وكل ما اكلمهم يردون بنفس الرد التافه "نعتذر عن التاخير.. سيتم التعامل باسرع وقت" .. ٤ شهور وباقي ماهو اسرع وقت عندهم نشوفكم السنة الجاية ان شاء الله .. نصيحة غسل ملابسك بالبيت ولا توديها هنا
The worst laundry I dealt with in Saudi Arabia. They lost my brushes with thousands of other customers. The shop I loved was always closed. Customer service did not respond in weeks, and they promised me compensation, and now that I have more than 4 months, I am chased after them. About the delay.. it will be dealt with as soon as possible.”.. 4 months and the rest is the fastest time for them. We will see you next year, God willing.. Advice to wash your clothes at home and do not leave it here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة كثير عليهم ،، ضيعوا ملابسي و تواصلوا معي قالوا راح يتم تعويضك بمبلغ وقدرة وهو اصلا مو قيمة ملابسي ولكن وافقت و قالوا بيتم التحويل خلال اسبوعين و هالاسبوعين صارت 6 شهور و اتصل عليهم ما يردون لا على الارقام ولا بوسائل التواصل الاخرى وقبل اسبوعين اتصلوا علي قالوا بنعوضك وتفاجأت ان مبلغ التعويض تغير وصار اقل من نص المبلغ اللي قالوه فالبداية !!! قلت لهم ليه قالوا هذي سياسة التعويض عندنا !!! طيب المبلغ اللي قلتوه فالبداية كان على اي سياسة؟؟؟ وبكل الاحوال لم يصلني اي تحويل ولا اي تعويض لحد الان
شركة سئية جدًا فالتعامل مع العميل والرد على الاتصالات.
Too many stars on them,, They lost my clothes and contacted me. They said you will be compensated with an amount and ability, which is not the value of my clothes. They said we will compensate you and I was surprised that the amount of compensation changed and became less than half the amount they said at the beginning!!! I told them why they said this is our compensation policy!!! Ok, the amount you said, in the beginning, was it based on what policy?? In any case, I have not received any transfer or compensation until now
Very bad company dealing with the customer and answering the calls.
