★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good to recommend to other to hire and work as an operator only. Basic salary for operator are worst. Only manager, engineer, supervisor, headsection increase salary for many times And production operator left on nothing and still below minimum wage.
The working place(inside tile plant) very hot during summer season, lot of illness and headache are common problem of most operator suffering working without cooling equipment like air cooler, roof air ducting cooler, exhaust fan. Dust are visible inside of tile plant mostly in PRESS SECTION, BPS SECTION, KILN SECTION. Dedusting equipment there are worst and it cant spread out the dust totally.
