★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملنا مع شخص سيئ للغاية اسمه محمد العربي في خدمة مقيم بشركة سارا مصري الجنسية ، كنا نحتاج تفعيل خدمة مقيم باسرع وقت وتواصلنا مع الرقم الثابت للشركة وابلغونا بأن مندوب منهم سوف يتواصل معنا وبالفعل تواصل معنا محمد العربي وسلمناه كل الاوراق المطلوبة مناولة بيده بمقر الشركة بحي السليمانية بالرياض واصبحنا نتواصل معه بشكل شبه يومي ونترجاه في سرعة تفعيل مقيم وفي كل مرة يطمنا بان الامور تسير على مايرام وبعد اسبوعين اصبح لايرد على الاتصالات ولا على المحادثات وتكبدنا خلال الاسبوعين الكثير من الغراامات بسبب عدم تجديد الاقامات والتاخر في اصدار تاشيرات خروج وعودة لمنسوبينا وخسراتهم لحجوزات طيران غير مستردة ، كل هذا بسبب المدعو محمد العربي في شركة سارا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيه والله يخسره زي ما خسرنا.. والله لا يوفقه دنيا ولا اخره .. وتم التواصل مع شركة اخرى وتم تفعيل خدمة مقيم خلال ٣ ساعات فقط !!!

Each time he assures us that things are going well. After two weeks, he does not respond to contacts or to talks, and we incurred during the two weeks a lot of fines because of the lack of renewal of residencies and the delay in issuing a visa. Exit and return to our employees and their losses for non-refundable flight bookings, all because of the so-called Muhammad Al-Arabi in Sara Hasbi Allah, and yes, the agent in it and God will lose him like what we lost .. And God does not help him in the world or anything else .. Contact was made with another company and the Muqeem service was activated within 3 hours Just !!!
