★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned : timings aren't very punctual,
1. They don't always stop in this stop.
2. Shop isn't too good. Occasionally closed.
3. If ur ride is between 7am to 12 am at night it's ok otherwise the bus don't comes to the station
4. Station Master isn't going to help u if u miss the bus.
5. No superviser to complain to.
6. Even if u have ticket purchased already. U need yourself to be careful. Otherwise the bus would leave u. And don't wait for u
7. Only one bus on Saturday from alkharj to alahsa/dammam. In am time if u miss u have to go Riyadh to catch other bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderate mode of journey in saudi Arabia.A little expensive than local non company transport.But have the maximum number of routes, mean to say cover almost all cities of saudi Arabia and even there are routes for yaman, Egypt and UAE also.service is average staff is quite hostile.drivers are professional and experienced.cleanliness of vehicles should be improved.overall i will say 6/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was used to be a better service. Always on time and good environment. But things are different now. A 12 hour journey was completed in 17 hours from Riyadh to Sharorah. If you can afford taxi then please stay away from it atleast during Ramadan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it is very good service but my last trip was not good, from Riyadh to Jizan. The bus driver drove very slow resulting 4 hours late by the expected time. Bus Air conditioner was not working properly. ?
