Free wifi.
Free snack.
Very clean bus.
Only 4 hrs travel from Jeddah to Madina coz there’s no stop over,not like the regular saptco bus.
I will recommend it to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable ride. Non stop drive from Jeddah to Medina, took only 4 hours. They served snacks and fresh tea. Wi-Fi was also available on the bus and headphones were also handed. Sad part was that they have movies section as well specially Indian movies. How on earth someone would want to watch movies when paying visit to Prophet Muhammad PBUH? It really hurt me. I believe and request that movies should be removed. Just because of that I am giving 1 ratings otherwise overall ride was a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice spacious and clean, very friendly staff, nice snacks but the bus attendant was talking really loud on the phone the whole way that he woke me up several times, but generally I like it and prefer using it while traveling Inside KSA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. We travelled on dec 13 and dec 14. In mecca agent changed our seats but otherwise we enjoyed our journey from mecca to madina and then madina to jeddah. It is a non stop bus equipped with rest room and slow internet connection. I recommend this service to everyone. One suggestion for saptco. If they can improve the quality of snacks then journey would be more enjoyable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acutely I surprised because my ticket to the madina will be from avil hotel but you lost our time to take us to the central station to take the VIP bus
Why from the beginning tell us that and not to lose our time 45 minutes
I think there is problem with the organization VIP bus should be go according to the ticket and no any messages or emails coming about changing the place
