★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buses are good but drivers was so bad they dont care for fasting time they play songs in the bus they drive so slow they reach Makkah very late 15 hours i am very disaapointed with this travel actuaaly i hate it.

However, the customer service at the ticket offices need a close review for improvement.
Please Educate your staff to treat everyone with the same respect, regardless of nationality, colour, and race. This is an essential characteristic of a successful business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is nothing VIP in it. Bus was old and not furnished at all. On the name of meal, there is a water bottle and a cake. There is not much of channels or movies available in the entertainment center on every seat. Won't recommend to travel with this if you are with family.
