* VIP room could be improved adding restrooms
* The bus leave on time
* Very comfortable seats
* Meal provided at the beginning of the trip

* bus restroom can be improved since there were no cups or bottles to use

The bus has only around 35 seats, so you might want tk book ahead of time.
Journey started well on time and theh are punctual. I has to take Careem/Uber to and from its pickup and drop off points.
Very reliable and Comfirtable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the bus stop area before the Haram of Makkah all the bus stop here and from here to you have to walk to Haram but this walk has lots of shops on the way saptco bus stop and other bus from hotels stops here its dropping points for all the hotels to drop Hajis who live in there hotels buy free shuttle bus service and from saptco you can catch bus for Jeddah and other places ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good..location near to masjidil haram.
The best thing is it's free and 24 hours non stop operation.
Terminal itself quite dangereous for passenger because betwen passanger and bus there's no elevations separation.
And no certain point for bus stop ...waiting space for passanger and passanger go ride the bus.
