أما بالنسبة لحجز الفنادق ٥ نجوم غير موفقين فيه ابدا
وفي أماكن بعيدة عن الحرم وغير مسؤولين عنك في ايصالك للفندق وانت تصرف في ذلك للأسف لا يعترفون فيك هناك تصرف بنفسك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد بدون مصداقية للواقع يأتون لك بوجه ولما تكون في مكة لا يعرفونك مكتب للاسف مكتب وضيع واسكن وما ادراك ما السكن ، والفندق غير اللي ذكره في الايصال وسيء ولا يوجد نظافة والعجيب تم توزيع الشقق علينا خارج الفندق وليس انا فقط بل الراكب كذلك ..
الحاجة والشهادة لديهم سائق اسمه ابو مالك من الجنسية السورية رجل طيب وخدوم في الحملة ويحب مساعدة الاخرين وغيره سيء الى ابعد الحدود .
