★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sptco Madinah bus terminal for inter city busses between cities inside Saudi Arabia. But VIP bus service is not available here. We can buy tickets and travel from here. There are restrooms for passengers. Also there are waiting rooms as well Busses are usually on schedule. Also they are on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will give this station zero star... One of worst saptco station in Madinah... Rude staffs.. even security staff are boss here.. lack of seating space.. passenger has to stand till the time of their trips.. old noisy buses.. bad seats.. chewing gum on every seats.. broken food holder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper information are being shared at the time of boarding. Multi Language Skills person should be there. Buses are out of order.
For booking counters are always crowed. Very small station but situated near Majid-E-Nabavi is a plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad, old bus. Drivers are not trained, not respecting customers. Very poor trip, with longest trip time and most expensive in madina. Not recommended, but I don't know the IVP service, may be better.

However travel is safe easy & smooth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff doesn't speak fluent English, but speaks enough English to purchase a ticket for you. There isn't a place to rest in the cashier's area, but there is a waiting/resting area after the ticket checkpoint as well as a small shop, a restroom for males and females, a place to buy drinks and snacks, there are several stores and small cheap restaurants outside the station to buy more food and other items while waiting to depart, there are local cars or unmarked taxis parked in front that take you to the same destinations for a lesser price, but be careful sometimes the cars charge you more than the bus station especially if you don't speak Arabic, because the trip is much faster, oh and you have to wait until they find other riders to fill up the car before they leave, so you might find yourself waiting a half an hour before leaving if the car isn't almost full (usually 4riders=full car), it was 60 SAR per rider to Jeddah using one of the car services.
*For foreigners
A way to make sure that the car service you decide to take doesn't over charge you, is to find a car that's going to your destination and already has some people in it and see what price they are paying
