Unfortunately I had the worst experience with the service center. First they don't answer the calls. When they do, they are rude and lies to the customer. They have not order the parts I needed for my refrigerator although they told me 15 days ago they would. I am still waiting for them to get me the parts to fix the refrigerator . I keep messaging them and calling them but nobody answers.

This is another example of the poor customer service provider! Their entire system is the worst. They give maintenance appointments of six to eight weeks. If your fridge for example is broken, you’ll have to wait for six to eight weeks to get your fridge looked at by them. The problem is that they are the only suppliers of maintenance service in the country! Their system must get changed and they should improve their services! It’s rather a disappointment!

Visiting this place is not easy due to the lack of parking spaces around. The service has been average as you cannot expect your devices to get fixed all the time, especially TVs. Utilize the home visits service they offer sometimes it is better and money saver.

Inefficiency at it’s peak.no one replies to helpline calls,poor customer care. My television stayed with them for three weeks with no update and when I went to check, I was surprised when they asked me,do you agree on getting it repaired?.the question is why they never bothered to call me instead of giving me this inconvenience.Extremely unrecommended.Very unprofessional attitude.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. I will never buy any of their products again as long as I live. I will tell everyone I know about their terrible service. They don't have spare parts and they don't have service. They send a technician which they charged me for SR190 just to tell me that they don't have spare parts for my fridge. He came back after 2 months with a new compressor and he said that the electronic box was not working, and they didn't have spare parts. I had to get it fixed outside. Then I called the technician and he said that the compressor was gone and that I would have to order another one. So I ordered another one and it took 102 days to arrive and it was not the same one, it was smaller. I asked them to replace it and they asked me to pay for inspection again.
