وهذي اول مرة نطلب صيانة، طلع العامل ماربط الفلتر مزبوط ?
لكن ع الاقل ردوا علينا بسرعة وارسلوا الصيانة اليوم اللي بعده ومااخذوا عليه شي..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الضمان عندهم جدا سئ. وخدمة مابعد البيع جدا سيئه. والشركة لا ترد علي الاتصال والرد عن طريق الرد الآلي والمضخه جدا سيئه وعطلة في وقت قصير وكانت تعمل بشكل متقطع ولا انصح باعتماد علي الضمان. ليس له قيمه.
Their warranty is very bad. The after-sales service is very bad. The company does not respond to contact and reply through the autoresponder and the pump is very bad and holiday in a short time and was working intermittently and do not recommend depending on the warranty. It has no value.
