I changed my entire rear bumper the first month, after I took it out of them, the paint started peeling off from the edges of the bumper. The quattro sign. They rode it upside down. Of course, I didn't notice until after a while that it was safe in external workshops. Their job is better than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my Cayenne for repair, having already had a quote from them for parts and labor from outside. It turns out their labor charges are at least 3-4 times higher than the market rates. Not just that the customer service person seemed unbothered in addressing the customers need or trying to find a way to manage the repair. I was os turned off by the attitude I just left and said I will get the car repaired outside. Seems this place needs to completely revamp their front end operations, very disappointing.
