★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor hotel management. I was waiting at yanbu airport but no hotel vehicle came. ..receptionist said we forgot!!!! No schedule for room cleaning until you request. No restaurant inside the hotel. Only tea is available in disposable cups. No rent a car arrangement. However room condition is good.
