★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحه لا أحد يخذ شقه في الدور الأرضي و السبب الإزعاج لأنها قدام الإستقبال الشقه فيها فرن و ثلاجة و تلفزيون كذالك سعرها مناسب ١٠٠ ريال وفي الاستقبال رجل سوداني محترم جدا .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يشهد علي الله المخدة مسودة وقذارة برغم انها للمفرجي الي محتكر اغلب شقق الحوية لكن اسعارها نار وخدمة زفت التشطيب فاشل والاسرة والدوليب مهترية وين الفرق الميدانية حقت وزارة التجارة عنهم !!
انصحكم بششق الشاطري جدا راقية ورخيصة وخدمة ممتازة .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غير نظيفه الصراصير كثيرة حول المكان الدواليب مكسرة غير موجود قنوات فضائية ولا دبة غاز ولا انصح فيه
Not clean, many cockroaches around the place, broken tires, no satellite channels, no gas tank, and I do not recommend it
