★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Hotel dekat dengan Masjid Nabawi, mungkin sekitar 500 an meter via Gate 6.
+ Di sekitar hotel banyak toko souvenir.
+ Di dalam hotel ada coffee shop.
- Hotel tidak terlalu bersih, di kamar masih ada banyak sisa barang dari tamu sebelumnya.
- Jumlah lift memang lumayan (ada 6) tapi masih kurang untuk mengakomodasi semua tamu. Pasti selalu antri lama.
+ The hotel is close to the Nabawi Mosque, maybe around 500 meters via Gate 6.
+ Around the hotel are many souvenir shops.
+ Inside the hotel there is a coffee shop.
- The hotel is not very clean, in the room there are still a lot of leftovers from previous guests.
- The number of elevators is decent (there are 6) but still not enough to accommodate all guests. Always waiting in line for a long time.

- ac tidak bisa disetting
- tidak menyediakan handuk
- kebersihan karpet lantai, tempat tidur, dll semoga ditingkatkan

- AC cannot be set

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alham dulillah wasyukurillah, saya bisa menginap di hotel Sama Daimond selama menjalankan ibadah haji di Masjid Nabawi Madinah, lokasi strategis dipelataran mesjid dekat sekali ke mesjid jalan 6 menit sampai, pelayanannya sangat baik dan memuaskan pokoknya Rekomended buat yg mencari penginapan
Alhamdulillah, thank God, I was able to stay at the Sama Daimond hotel while carrying out the pilgrimage at the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, the strategic location in the courtyard of the mosque is very close to the mosque, 6 minutes walk until, the service is very good and satisfying, anyway Recommended for those looking for lodging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst room service. Rooms are not at all clean, bathroom stinks, no exhaust/ventilation in bathroom. General Toilets are mostly closed on Mezanine floor. Management is not at all concerned about the customers satisfaction. Only 6 room service guys are hired for 180 rooms in the hotel!!
