★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بما ان شركة قوقل مابس وفرت للعملاء خدمه ابداي الرأي وبما اني احد العملاء الزائرين لصالون راحتي فأمانه علي ان اقول رأيي وتجربتي ، يوم امس رزتهم واول مادخلت الصالون استغربت ان المكيفات طافيه ، دخلت بعدها على قسم المساج واستغربت ان الحاجز بين الغرف والممر ستاره فقط! وتفائجت بعدها اني اسمع اصوات العملاء اللي بالصالون كلهم !! وبعد هذا كله سمعت اصوات عصافير داخل المركز ؟ يعني انا جاي عشان استرخي ولا جاي اسمع زقزقه العصافير !!! بعد هذا كله القى العامل اللي يسويلي المساج يتكلم مع زميله في الغرفه اللي جمبي ؟؟ وبعد ماخلصت دخلت اخذ لي دش استحمام تفاجئت ان اغراض العميل اللي قبلي موجودة بالحمامزالله يكرمكم؟؟؟ صراحه تجربة من اسوء التجارب لي واستغربت جدا واتمنى من الادارة تحسين جودتهم حتى لا يخسروا العملاء مستقبلا .
Since Google Maps has provided customers with an opinion service, and since I am one of the customers who visit Rahati Salon, I have to tell my opinion and experience. Yesterday I visited them and when I first entered the salon, I was surprised that the air conditioners were turned off, then I entered the massage section and was surprised that the barrier between the rooms and the corridor was only covered! Then I was surprised to hear the voices of all the customers in the salon!! After all this, I heard the sounds of birds inside the center? I mean, I'm here to relax, and I'm not here to hear the birds chirping!!! After all of this, the worker who gave me the massage gave him a talk with his roommate who gave me a massage?? And after I finished, I went in and took a shower for me. I was surprised that the things of the client before me are in the bathroom. May God honor you??? Honestly, one of the worst experiences for me, and I was very surprised. I hope the management improve their quality so that they do not lose customers in the future.
