H	Hind Hamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم جميل الاستقبال ، قصيت شعري كان روعه اسفه نسيت اسم اللي قصت ? حتى اخلاقها روعه البدكير عند حنان غريبه الاطوار ? بس شغلها تمام بس مو واو في أفضل في الطايف اذا برجع لهم برجع عشان اقص شعري ☺️? على اني رحت برمضان والعشر الاواخر بس تعاملهم راقي ومنظم شكراً انكم ذوق ?❤️ They treat them nicely. Even her manners are amazing The pedicure at Hanan is eccentric ? but her job is perfect, but no wow in the best in Taif If I go back to them, I come back to cut my hair ☺️? a	asmaa b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت من الموظفة تقص شعري لتحت كتفي وقصته لأعلى من الكتف! وبعدها طلبت صبغة خصل فقط والسعر ب ٩٠٠ !! سعر مبالغ فيه جدًا ويا ليتها على سنع! سيئة جدًا جدًا جدًا … سحبَت لون مرتين مع إني طلبتها ما تسوي سحب وقالت طيب! واللون طلع مختلف تمامًا عن اللي طلبته !! ٦ ساعات بين يدينهم وفالنهاية نتيجة غير مرضية لون ذهبي مشعشع وانا طالبة أشقر رمادي ولما قلت لها اللون مو المطلوب ولا عجبني قالت شعرك عاند وما مسك اللون !!!!! حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل . ر	ريم on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانه بذكرك تجربتي ع انو شفت التعليقات من قبل سيئه اولا موظفات الاستقبال مره اخلاقهم سيئه ما ادري بعد الكم الهائل من التعليقات وباقي صاحبه الصالون مخليتهم الاسلوب والتشميق وعشره قاعدين فيه اوفر ع طول انعكست لي نظرتي وتذكرت التعليقات ع العموم كنت بسوي صبغه وبديكير وفي بالي احجز بعدين بكج عروسه عند مسلمه لكن لما شفت التعامل حتى مع حقت الصبغات كذا هونت وماتخيلتت ليله عمري اقابل اخلاقهم وتتعب نفسيتي ? فوق الاسعار نار الاخلاق سيئه خرجت ولا افكر ارجع له ولحد يفكر يزوره وكل اللي يسوون صبغات شفتهم مره شعورهم اورنج والتصوير بالسناب فلاتتتر والاسعار فوق الألف !! ش	شموخ Devil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالمجمل عجبني المكان و زي اي مكان له سلبيات و ايجابيات .. الايجابيات: نظيف جدا و مهتمين بالنظافه المساحه حلو و كبيره و التهويه جيده الديكور حلو و مريح للعين كل خدمه لها قسم خاصه مو ضاغطين كل الدنيا على بعض و اهم ميزه ( عاملاتهم الفلبينيات كلهم عاملات صالون الدانه سابقا يعني عندهم خبره في مكان مرتب و راقي و له سمعته و زباينه) جربت عندهم قص الشعر و البديكير و المنيكير و الشمع كلها مع ريمي و طلعت راضيه الحمدلله الاسعار منطقيه بالنسبه للمبالغات اللي صايره السلبيات : موظفات الاستقبال السعوديات اخلاقهم سيئه جدا جدا جدا و نظرات و تشميقات يعاملون العميله كأنها اخت زوجهم رحت في رمضان كانت طول الوقت تهدد في الناس والله ما ارجع فلوس والله ما اكنسل فواتير و اسلوب يا لطيف كأنها متفضله عليكم مو انتم اللي تدفعون راتبها من جيوبكم !!! + ما يلتزمون بأوقات الدوام اللي يحددونها قالو نفتح 3 رحت قبل 3 بشوي لقيتهم فاتحين من 12 قالو نقفل 9 رحت 8 ونص رفضت تدخلني تقول قفلت الكاشير بنقفل !! Positives: Very clean and well kept The space is nice and big and the ventilation is good The decor is sweet and soothing to the eye Each service has a special section that does not put pressure on each other all over the world And the most important advantage (their Filipina workers are all workers of the former Al-Dana salon, meaning they have experience in a neat and elegant place that has a reputation and customers) I tried hair cutting, pedicure, manicure and waxing all with Remy and she was satisfied, thank God The prices are reasonable compared to the exaggerations Negatives : The Saudi female receptionists have very, very, very bad morals. They treat the client as if she is their husband’s sister. I went in Ramadan all the time threatening people, I swear to God I do not return money, I swear to God that I do not send bills and style, O nice, as if she is kind to you, not you who pay her salary from your pockets!!! + They do not adhere to the working hours they specify They said we open 3, I went 3 years ago, I found them open from 12 They said we lock 9 I went to 8 and a half and she refused to let me in. She says I locked the cashier, we are locked!!
