Wanna be more frankly and sure of what happened with me and my experience with them. The place looks nice and very comfortable atmosphere inside. I haven’t asked for the actual price I just asked for a direct request which is only hair cut ?‍♂️ and the gentleman provided me a list of menu options available and I did concur my request. Till this moment every thing went normal. While he is working he started the regular marketing process of must do some protein products which I rejected this offer. Once he finish eventually must wash my hair after finishing the session by default as he didn’t even asked me as a regular shops that they do wash it before and after and I did let that go. And I am totally positive he have no experience in long hair for my many years knowing what exactly Hairdresser’s professional do. And I did let that go as well. I started encouraging them by giving them positive feedback and at that moment he asked me about the bill by providing me the point of sale machine and I payed the bill. I forgot my ? hat inside the shop after I left so I went back to get. At that moment I received a message from the back with a totally different amount. So I thought ? it’s one of my previous shopping places. But unfortunately this kind of deceptions is not going to work anymore this kind of incident happened did bothered me. With many questions in my head ? Is this your way to work? With all customers? How many times thy did that ? Do I have to report this to the competent ministry ? So they can punish them with a penalty ! Actually was a horrible experience just make sure you don’t trapped here. أريد أن أكون أكثر صراحة وتأكدًا مما حدث معي وتجربتي معهم. المكان يبدو لطيف وجو مريح للغاية في الداخل. لم أطلب السعر الفعلي حيث طلبي مباشرًا وهو قص الشعر فقط ، وقدم لي الرجل "بدون ذكر "أسمه" قائمة بخيارات القائمة المتاحة واكدت على طلبي. حتى هذه اللحظة كل شيء سار بشكل طبيعي. أثناء عمله ، بدأ عملية التسويق المنتظمة لبعض منتجات البروتين التي رفضتها. بمجرد انتهائه في النهاية ، ومن المفترض يجب أن أغسل شعري بعد الانتهاء من الجلسة بشكل افتراضي لأنه لم يطلب مني حتى كما يقومون جميع مصففي الشعر وبشكل عادي أنهم يقومون بغسله قبل وبعد ، وقد تركت ذلك. وأنا على ثقة تامة من أنه ليس لديه خبرة في الشعر الطويل حيث طوال سنواتي العديدة وانا على علم من يعرف في تصفيف الشعر "الطويل" بالظبط ما يفعله محترف تصفيف الشعر. ولقد تركت ذلك يمضي أيضًا. بدأت في تشجيعهم من خلال إعطائهم ملاحظات إيجابية وفي تلك اللحظة سألني عن الفاتورة " بشكل مباغت" من خلال تزويدي بآلة نقاط البيع ودفعت الفاتورة. عبر الهاتف. عند توجهي الى المركبة تذكرت اني نسيت قبعتي داخل المتجر بعد أن غادرت ، فعدت لاخذها. في تلك اللحظة تلقيت رسالة من البنك بسحب مبلغ مختلف تمامًا. لذلك اعتقدت ? أنه أحد أماكن التسوق السابقة. لكن لسوء الحظ ، هذا النوع من الخداع لن ينجح بعد الآن ، لقد أزعجني هذا النوع من التحايل. مع العديد من الأسئلة في رأسي؟ هل هذه طريقتك في العمل؟ مع كل العملاء؟ كم مرة فعلت ذلك؟ هل يجب علي إبلاغ الوزارة المختصة بذلك؟ حتى يتمكنوا من معاقبتهم بعقوبة رادعة ! في الواقع كانت تجربة مروعة فقط تأكد من عدم الوقوع في نفس الفخ ولست محاصرًا هنا. حتى تتفق تماماً على أجرة الخدمة.

My favo3 and only barber to go to in Jeddah. Bit more expensive from the rest but u will feel the additional value

I am changing my review from 5 to 3 6months a go they deserved 5 stars, today they deserve 3 only. One barber (the boss or Farooq) just ignored me and went out for 30 mins as he told his colleagues without even talking to me or apologizing and I have been waiting for more than 10 mins. Only after getting enough customers/money do people change their behaviors. I really can’t believe that a manger could rate his own shop!!! Read the reviews.
