★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح به خصوصا لمتدربي المقاومه الحديد لان اجهزة التكييف مركزه بشكل قوي على االاجهزه لدرجة انك تخاف يصيبك ابو وجه
I do not recommend it, especially for iron resistance trainees, because the air-conditioning devices are so focused on the devices that you are afraid that Abu Wajh will hit you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح خصوصا اللي يلعب حديد المكيفات موجهه بقوه ومربوطه مع حقين الكورة مما ينتج عنه مشاكل صحيه كثيره يتحكم المكيفات ١ والا ٢ من الشباب الصغار اللي يلعبون كوره

يوجد فيها لياقة بدنية وتخفيف والوزن وكمال أجسام وحمام ساونة وملعب كرة قدم وبخار ومسبح صيفي/شتوي ومدربين مختصين في جميع الاقسام

و مدرب الحديد ابو ادم غير مهتم في العاده سواليفه عن الكوره
لاكن اجواء النادي ممتازه على صغره و مكانه
Good
The fitness trainer is very excellent Abu Muhammad I expect
And the iron coach, Abu Adam, is not usually interested in his questions about football
