إن كان من نصيحة ، هالشغل الفاخر يحتاج خدمة عملاء متخصصة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء تجربة،، عدم احترام للعميل وتلاعب وعدم مصداقية. فصلت عندهم وصلني الطلب مختلف تمامًا عن الفاتورة ورجعته لهم للتعديل ٣ مرات وبرضو وصلني غير الي طلبته. احذر من التعامل معهم خصوصًا انه لايوجد لديهم إدارة ولا يوجد مركز اتصال لتقديم شكاوى. قمت بتقديم شكوى بحقهم للجهات الرسمية. حسبي الله عليهم خصوصًا إلي اسمه فراس.
The worst experience, disrespect for the customer, manipulation and lack of credibility. I separated from them, and I received the order completely different from the invoice, and I returned it to them for modification 3 times, and I was satisfied that I received something other than what I requested. Beware of dealing with them, especially since they do not have a management and there is no call center to file complaints. I submitted a complaint against them to the official authorities. May God suffice for them, especially to his name Firas.
