★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good and clean. Rooms are tidy too but the bed matresses are not suitable. The matresses are too thick and its dangerous for kids as the kids can be injured if they fall from this kind of bed. They have to change their matresses as i have never found these kind of matresses in any hotel.
Wel the service is good. Washrooms are neat and have all facilities.
The location is good as it is 15 mint away from haram but for those who have cars are not recommended.
At prayer time all the ways are closed and you cannot park your car at the hotel. You have to park at the paid parking stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hygiene quality of this hotel is very poor. The rooms smell a lot. The dustbins smell so much that you don't feel like opening it. The fridge, carpets smell too. The location of the place is such...that taxi can't come easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the stay there for 7 days. There are many lifts to go your room.
Trust worthy service. We mostly kept our room key at the lobby and had no issue with it.
The only thing missing was the wifi. The hotel should improve on the wifi. The signal reaches only for ground floor and the speed is even worse then the signal.
I hope they work on their wifi speed and signal.
The stay is at-least 1km or more from the Makkah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to masjid al Haram through the tunnel, it only 7 minute walk to the yard.
Lots of elevator...large lobby...clean room n bathroom, close to convenience store in front of the hotel, but it isn't in the middle hectic area
