★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AOA, hotel is situated in jeddah down town area. Good to stay if u like to visit historical sitws. However building is old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply old. Some broken furniture here and there, rather dirty amenities, cockroach everywhere, constant water leakage, air condition broke up twice (had to switch rooms twice as well), no free parking, neighborhood is unsafe and no decent restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks outdated and lacks major amenities. There is no restaurant. No proper reception. No central air conditioning available. Each room has its own air conditioning unit which is very noisy. No free parking available on or off premises. It's always paid parking 3 SR per hour. There is no loading/downloading area. You must pay for the parking even if you need to load or download your luggage from the car. The location is OK and in a central market.
