The only good thing is that it 's in the center of city, but the lift was broken frequently, some of the gate guards are very rude, the attitude of Tower office man is bad as well.

The shisha not that much clean but it’s acceptable and it’s not better than the other local cafe for shisha but it is at center of city which is the best location
It’s a not cheap place with a normal quality over all
there is a chairs with a number of tv for each table
They have being sports which helps for all the important match
It’s very quiet at morning which I usually come at so I can do some work there
The stuff just doing there work without any passion but they are not bad
The bathrooms usually not much clean but you can’t say it’s dirty also it’s depends on who used it the last 2 hours ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated community situated between Olaya and King Fahad Road near Hayat Hotel. They have 10 towers. In each floor there're some six flats of 2 and 1 BHK. Good maintained with individual parking in the basement. Good to expats. Some amenities such as swimming pool and gym are present. Good Garden and small play area for kids. Location is good. Security and safety is very good.
