★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المزود الوحيد المتاح لخدمة تعليف الأمتعة بالمطار، قمت بتغليف عبوتي زمزم بحجم ٥ لتر ، يتم وضع العبوتين في كيس واحد وإحكام اغلاقها حراريًا بتكلفة 11.5 ريال ، ثم يتم وضع العبوات بصندوق صغير ومن ثم تغليفه بالبلاستيك بتكلفة 28.75 ريال ، المبلغ الاجمالي هو 40.25 ريال ، يوجد دفع باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان
لو يتم توضيح ان السعر الخاص بعبوة زمزم هو للكيس الدخلي فقط لكان افضل ، بدلا من كتابة كرتون ويظن طالب الخدمة ان التغليف يشمل الكرتون و الكيس
واتمنى ايضا اعادة النظر في سعر الخدمة
The only provider available for baggage packing service at the airport, I packed two 5-liter Zamzam packages, the two packages are placed in one bag and sealed thermally at a cost of 11.5 riyals, then the packages are placed in a small box and then wrapped in plastic at a cost of 28.75 riyals, the total amount is 40.25 riyals, there is Pay with credit cards
If it was clarified that the price of the Zamzam package is for the inner bag only, it would be better, instead of writing a carton and the service applicant thinks that the packaging includes the carton and the bag
I would also like to reconsider the price of the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience the workers act dull and don’t respect a traveler who is urgent. This was on 17/12/2021 at 2pm .Really you need to train the to workers be proactive, for the price you are offering and teach them some manners.
