★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give zero stars for the service I received today but sadly can't , I went with High fever, cough, cold and severe headache. The dr hurriedly checked me in just 2 mins. Prescribed medicine and when I asked for leave application (as I wasn't in condition to go to work tomorrow) Dr Asma said it's not available. What kind of Doctor doesn't have leave application available?

Every time the management play with the customers holding insurance, saying website is down, and if you go to other clinic insurance websites works perfectly fine. Safa makkah clinic always try to entertain cash customers not insurance customers. Good luck for your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and Worst ever experience with dentist dr romana, I went there for some tooth issue but she treated me so unprofessionally,,she didn’t do her job well
..She couldn’t even put the filling properly to my tooth and left me with pain and charged 300 SAR for putting some tooth paste that came out the very next day. Don’t ever go to her..boycott this safa marwah clinic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to raise an official Complaint against the Lab Technician of Safa Makkah Polyclinic Hara.
I took my son for the Blood and Iron test based on Dr. Ali (Pediatric) recommendation. The Lab technician is so un-trained and un-professional. He tried to take blood two times from both hands of my son but was able to find the correct nervous with multiple attempts.
Because of Multiple attempts, Lab Technician tried on my son's hands, my son suffered lots of pain in his hands, and there is a blood clot in his hand right now.
Please find below my Lab test registration details, I don't have the details of the Lab Technician, but I hope the management will get the details and take strong and strict action against the un-trained and un-professional Lab technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go to Dr Farzana Pakistani Gynaecologist. I informed to all pakistani visit or permanent visa holder never waste your time and money on this dull doctor. There is one indian Gynaecologist much better ... But never waste time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical center in Riyadh (or no doubt in whole kingdom). They are least bothered to attend the calls. And silly indian staff there has no idea about the government procedures. I wonder why concerned authorities are not taking any acation despite tonnes of negative reviews (based on actual bad experiences). Please don't go to SMP if you have any urgency as doing things on urgent basis is just not SMP's culture. May curse of Allah be upon you people.

Attention all parents.. The indian pediatric doctor namely Ali in room # 112 can seriously kill your baby with wrong medication.
Never ever take your baby to this clinic !.
I am planning to sue this clinic for making my baby health in critical life threatning condition.
Please note a few extra consultation fee in a good hospital is far more better than rude staff with very bad behaviour and making your child life at risk.
my first and last visit to this clinic located in hara area Al wizarat.
I would further want to inform the management to terminate Dr. Ali in room # 112 at once whose medical negligence made my 4 month old baby to suffer in tremendous pain and agony due to wrong medication resulting in allergic reaction.
Warning : " Do not take your child to this clinic ever "
