 Very very bad and I would never recommend dealing with them. I contacted the owner of the office and he referred me to their savior, Talal Al-Anzi (Abu Raid). One of the worst of the commentators is procrastinating and nothing can be saved for you. In the end I had to be saved and follow myself. Advice stay away from them and do not worry
