A	A An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا رأيت عكس ماكتب ، حيث وجدت شراحة المكان ووسعه في جميع الغرفه وهدوء المكان ووجوده في موقع خدمات ممتازة وأيضا اهتمامهم بالنظافة وخدمة العميل حيث توفر بالمطبخ دواليب وعيون للطبخ كهربائية وغلاية ومكرويف وثلاجة وواي فاي وغرف نوم متكاملة الأثاث وتعامل ممتاز وخلوق جدا من صاحب الحلال الله يبارك له واسعاره في متناول الجميع وأنا جدا استمتعت بالسكن لديهم واتمنى انا أعود قريبا للسكن لديهم وشكرا لهم. M	Mohd Domais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان وسيع جدا جدا ، لكن تعيس ، يفتقر لأبسط مقومات الحياة ، مافي صابون ، ولا غلاية ، ولا مناديل ، ولا اغلب الحاجات إللي سارت متاحة في كل الشقق ، شبشب الحمام قديم ووسخ وكل اللي قبلي استخدموه ، الجدران وسخة ، الأسلاك في كل مكان. مافي عربة تشيل العفش ، التأثيث ومواد وخامات البناء والتشطيب واضح انه سلق بيض. انا سكنت في غرفتين وصالة ب ٢٥٠ ريال. تقييمي نجمتين ، وحدة للسعر والتانية لوسع المكان. للأسف خرجت بعد ١١ ساعة. ا	الليل الطويل on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عن تجربة الإيجابيات: - المساحة كبيرة. - يطل على سوبر ماركت "الجمعية التعاونية الاستهلاكية بالفرعة". - يوجد طفاية حريق للطوارئ. السلبيات: - الحمام - أكرمكم الله - فيه تنقيط من البخاخات وفيه تنقيط من السقف والمرحاض مسدود. - فراش السرير في غرفة النوم مليئ بالشعر والوساخات ومستخدمين - على أحد السرر - طراحتين فوق بعض من الطراحات النحيفة هذا غير أنها يابسة. - لا يوجد عربة لحمل الأمتعة، يعني شل شنطتك معك. - عدم استغلال المساحة الكبيرة في الشقة، مثال: المطبخ على كبره ثلاثة أرباعه فاضي لا يوجد فيه إلا ثلاجة صغيرة ودولايب قليلة حتى فرن ما فيه إلا كهربائي كان من الممكن وضع طاولة طعام. - لا يوجد مواقف سيارات كافية. - لا يوجد غسالة ملابس وكواية. - التلفزيون صغير الحجم. - فرش الصالة وغرف النوم يحتاج إلى التنظيف أو التغيير. الخلاصة: العمارة بكاملها تحتاج إلى الصيانة والترميم. about experience Positives: - The space is big. - Overlooking the supermarket "Consumer Cooperative Society in Fara'a".
