★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أول ما أجرت الستارة مكسورة واللمبات تحتاج صيانة، ولم تتم. المكان غير مجهز بأي أدوات سلامة مثل طفايات الحريق. وحارس السكن يطلع ويدخل السكن كثير وبشكل مزعج.
أثناء سكني معهم غرقت غرفتي والشقة بالكامل بسبب انفجار ماسورة مويا بالجدار. الإدارة رفضت تعويضي عن أي أضرار، بما فيها خراب جهاز لبتوب الخاص بالعمل. لسلامتكم لا أنصح في السكن فيه أبداً.
The curtain is broken and the bulbs need maintenance, and they have not been completed. The place is not equipped with any safety tools such as fire extinguishers. And the housing guard comes out and enters the residence a lot and is disturbing.
While staying with them, my room and apartment completely sank because Moya's pipe burst in the wall. The administration refused to compensate me for any damages, including a damaged laptop computer. For your safety, I do not recommend living in it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعار جججججججججججدا غاليه بالنسبه لغرفه وحده والباقي مشترك!!!! غير ان تعامل المديره اللي بفرع العليا اسوى من السيء عشان مشهوره سكنت فيه وكانت معي بالشقه انهت عقدي عشان المشهوره مب مرتاحه!!!!
The prices are very expensive for a single room and the rest is shared!!!! However, the manager in the Olaya branch treated worse than bad because she was famous, I lived in it and she was with me in the apartment, she terminated my contract because the celebrity was not comfortable!!!!
