★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السكن ممتاز جداً من نوآحي كثيرة ..
أولاً : تصميم المبنى و أثاث الغرف جديد وحديث.
ثانيًا الاهتمام بإدق التفاصيل سواء من ناحية توفير الخدمات، أو موقعه الاستراتيجي بين بقالة ومغسلة ومكتبة .
ثالثًا: سرعة الاستجابه لإي شكوى أو طلب معين من قبل الادارة وخصوصًا الاستاذة ولاء خلوقة وتعاملها جميل ومحترم .
رابعًا: وآكثر شيء اعجبني الاحترام المتبادل بين جميع البنات داخل السكن فعلاً سكن رآقي.
خامسًا: إحترام خصوصية المؤجر من ناحية الخروج والدخول تكون معه بطاقة الكترونية وحارس متواجد 24 ساعة.
سادسًا: الحمدلله ايجابيات المكان بالنسبة لي تشفع لإي امور سلبية فيه. و صراحة لإي بنت حابة سكن مريح وراقي راح انصحها فيه بدون تردد. وجزاهم الله خير على مجهودهم بالمحافظة على المكان وسمعته وخدمآته.
 Housing is very excellent in many respects.
First: The design of the building and the room furniture are new and modern.
Secondly, attention to detail, whether in terms of providing services, or its strategic location between a grocery, laundry and library.
Third: The speed of responding to any complaint or request given by the administration, especially Professor Walaa Khaleka, and her treatment is beautiful and respectful.
Fourth: And most of all, I liked the mutual respect between all the girls inside the residence, really a classy residence.
Fifth: Respecting the privacy of the lessor in terms of exit and entry, with an electronic card and a guard available 24 hours.
Sixth: Praise be to God, the positives of the place for me intercede for any negative matters in it. And frankly, any girl who loves a comfortable and upscale residence will advise her without hesitation. May God reward them for their efforts to preserve the place, its reputation, and its services.

The new floors are clean.. but the rental prices are astronomical and unreasonably exaggerated, unfortunately
