ولكن خدمة ما بعد البيع معقده شوي وغيره ما من المحلات لا يشترط شيء عند اعادة منتج بعد شهر ونصف استخدام وتعطل كيبل الشحن بسبب عيب من نفس الجهاز
انا شريت جهاز باور بانك switch اون لاين من الموقع ويوجد فيه كيبل شحن ايفون منه وفيه ولكن بعد استخدام شهر ونصف لم استفد من هذا الكيبل بسبب انه تعطل ولازم اضغط عليه حتى يشحن واكون مستمر بالضغط ، تواصلت بخدمة عملاء المحل ، اشترط انه لازم يكون الفاتوره والكرتون موجودين علماً بأن شاري المنتج عبر موقعهم وموجوده فاتورة الكترونية ولم يكن هناك اي تعاون منهم
وايضاً وضعت رأي بالمنتج في الموقع بكل شفافية ولكن مع الاسف مسجل امامه بانتظار موافقة الادارة من ثلاثة ايام

I also put an opinion about the product on the site with all transparency, but unfortunately it is registered in front of it, waiting for the approval of the administration from three days
