★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف ضيعو ملابسي وجزمتي ماركة وقابلت صاحب المحل ووعدني بالتعويض ولي الآن شهرين اكلمهم وكل يوم يقولون بكرة نحول لك حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.

عطيتهم سجاد غسيل لهم الان اسبوعين وماعندك احد والله لو اني بغسل في لندن امداها خلصت
من الاخر شغل فاشل اسحبو عليهم ضياع وقت
Very poor laundry
I gave them washing rugs for them now for two weeks and you don't have anyone, I swear to God if I wash in London, I will finish it
On the other hand, a failed job, make them lose time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة ضايعه فرعهم مقفل من اسبوع ولا يردون واخرتها الحين لي ثلاث ايام قايلين بيكلموني ولا شفنا شيء حسبي الله عليكم اغراضي داخل عندهم ومقفلين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلت للفرع قبل صلاة المغرب بأكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة و للأسف مقفل و يفتح بعد الصلاة بأكثر من ساعة!!
يعني بريك الصلاة يأخد حوالي ساعة ونص!!
خدمة سيئة للأسف.
I arrived at the branch more than 20 minutes before the Maghrib prayer, and unfortunately it is closed and opens more than an hour after the prayer!!
I mean, the breaking of the prayer takes about an hour and a half!!
Unfortunately bad service.

يتاخرو في تسليم الملابس بالايام بسبب سائق المغسلة. ماعندهم اي وسيلة تواصل لو فيه اي مشكلة، والعامل ضايع مو عارف كيف يتواصل مع الادارة غير الواتساب.
والبرنامج حقهم فيه مشاكل ماني قادر اسجل دخول!
Very very bad laundry.
They delay the delivery of clothes by days because of the laundry driver. They do not have any means of communication if there is any problem, and the worker is lost and does not know how to communicate with the administration other than WhatsApp.
And the program has their right to problems, so I can't log in!
