★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saadeddin's cakes are mine favorite but this very branch in Yanbu has really bad quality. I have tried 3 times in past 6 months and every single time the pastries weren't fresh. Today I went again from Umluj to Yanbu and thought to give it 1 more try as I was literally craving for mine favorite pastry but all in vain. The black forest pastries that I bought are not at all fresh plus they taste a bit weird.
P.S. I have always bought from different branches in Riyadh(in-store as well as online) and never ever had a bad experience.
So I guess, basically the problem is with this Branch of Yanbu
P.S.S They looked so delicious as always(like in the picture attached) but when you give it a try its a thumbs down. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was another good experience with Saadeddin on November 28, 2021 at Yanbu.
The staff had a welcoming attitude but lack of training because she put a small shopper for the large size of cake box.
We always purchased from them the fresh cream fruit cake and enjoyed with kids and family.
All flavors are extremely well especially red velvet, coconut and other cakes.
Add one are also good.

You can order customize cake including size, shape and can also customize the cake with some picture. You need to order customize cakes at least one day before.
The price are good but high as compare to Fondan.
I ordered a customized cake size 30x30 and it cost me 330.
The only issue in this branch is the language it’s only Arabic only one manager can communicate in English and for that, I visited two times.
Parking is an issue outside due to the congested area and is only limited to 4 parking, so sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer to park your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your cakes are good but can you please keep a person who can communicate in English with customer? I am a foreigner and have always struggled to communicate my order. I have to ask my driver to come with me and he translates. This is highly inconvenient

I ordered a 1200 riyal cake, it was one meter by 60 cms, it looked good but the taste was no good , different sections had different flavours, it appeared as if four cakes of different types had been combined to make this one cake, poor quality for such a big name.
Highly overrated shop
