★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no phone, no coffee shop, and just only one guy in reception can help you. About the room it was big and comfortable, internet is terrible, bathroom is different between rooms so you need to compare because you will find room with good bathroom and bad. Limite Parking,

Lift was not working for complete one day. We were staying at third floor & using only steps.
Power cut on mid night.
Door access card was not working for one hour. My family was out of the room.
While coming back, no body at reception for check out. I kept door access card & came.
These people were least bother for everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked it on Booking.com but reached 3 hrs before check-in time. So was denied room and was asked to come at 1600 hrs as mentioned on the website.
So I was advised to cancel booking.com reservation and go for instant on-site booking.
The two rooms 308 and 206 which the staff showed had too much cigarette smoking ambience….! Seemed like smoke had embedded with room infrastructure….!
Well then I cancelled Booking.com and took on-site instant booking option at reception.Room no. 105( with no smoking atmosphere….!) for 160 SAR for a night.
The room was ok. But the electric wasn’t there to make tea. I went for the reception guys ( there is no intercom telephone in the room….!!!)
He brought one finally and the Kettle didn’t fit in the base plate. It was a mismatch…..! Broken too. He didn’t even bother to check prior to handing over it to me.
The plight doesn’t end here ….after payment.
Th toilet flush didn’t work.
Toiletries weren’t available.
No towels provided in the rooms but only small napkins…..!
The TV didn’t work…..on enquiry….Cable connection is not functioning well….. but TV never got on…..!
Since I entered the room at 12 noon till my exit at around 4 am next morning the wall clock remained at 1940 hrs…..!!!!!
The only plus point was that it’s next to supermarket and the lobby at first floor is comfy. With good view….to enjoy evening tea and coffee.
Credit card accepted. That’s good plus.
Parking in front and at the back is available in plenty.( though open and roadside)
Accountability must be improved with cleaning and maintenance staff.
Recommendation: KEEP IT AS YOUR 4 or 5th choice in Qassim…..!
