★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف مشروع على الورق ناجح لكن في الواقع لعب على الشعب ..عموما المشروع من2018 وحتى الان 2021 ولم يبدا بعد نصيحه الى اي احد يفكر ياخذ في هذا المشروع المتوقع بان الانتهاء في2026 على كلام وزارة الاسكان ونصيحة قبل ماتاخذ فكر اسعارهم عاليه جدا ومساحة الفلل اصغر من الشقق ..مساحة الشقة296 متر والفلةتقريبا الله اعلم200 وسعر الفلة850 الف هذا لو اخذت من خارج المشروع افضل وباقل من هذا..زرت الموقع قبل امس الموافق 23/7/1442 ولم يحصل ولا شي فقط تخطيط والمفروض المشروع يتم الاستلام في 30/11/2021 وهم باقي لم يحصل شي كفاية كذب ولعب على المواطن الغلبان

Nothing has happened enough. Lied and played against the defeated citizen
