The style of the Moroccan employee at the airport is very bad. The prices of luggage are exaggerated, according to other airlines. The service for pilgrims is below the standard. We are Moroccans, and it is not an honor for me to deal with Moroccan Airlines again.

The reception of calls is respectful, polite, and excellent service. I hope the employee receives Moroccans in their dialect, so that communication will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get used to travel with them to Brazil for the last four years , they are generally respectful and the have commitment to the flight timing , food is delicious, the have good transit area at Casablanca . There airplanes is old and not clean. Comparing to the price ticket it’s fair . I used the traveling points system and I earned two tickets for free . I like them .
