وتم شراء سياره جيلي كولراي 2021 عن طريق الاخت الفاضلة مستشارة المبيعات غفران الديب وكان الشرح وافي وصادق وكانت الخدمات اكثر من المتوقع حيث ان الاخت تواصلت مع زوجتي بعد انتهاء الدوام الرسمي لكي تنهي معاملة المبايعة اما بخصوص السيارة فكانت رائع من جميع النواحي لم اتوقع ان تصنع الصين مثل هذي المواصفات تقيمي هذا يختص لي اختي الفاضلة الاستاذه غفران
امنيتي له بالتوفيق ولجميع الموظفين والموظفات

الأول: أن شركة جيلي تغيرت جذريا للأفضل من حيث المواصفات الخارجية والتقنية الداخلية وأصبحت تنافس الصناعات الكورية واليابانية ولا ننسى أهم عامل للتنافس وهو الأسعار..
الثاني: فريق العمل السعودي الذي نفخر به من أبناء وبنات هذا البلد المعطاء في هذا المكان شيء يرفع الراس الحقيقة ان موظفين وموظفات الصالة قمة في حسن التعامل الاحترافي والإحترام على المستوى الشخصي وتقدير العميل بما يليق به..
شخصيا تعاملت بشكل مباشر مع الأستاذ عيد محمد الموظف الذي لم يقصر في الشرح والإجابة عن كل الاستفسارات على مدار الساعة وكذلك سرعة الإنجاز وحسن المعاملة والأدب بارك الله فيه ونتمنى أن اراه في أعلى المناصب يوما ما .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبنا من عندهم سياره للرياض شحنوها عن طريق شركة البسامي خلال ٣ ايام وصلت.. التعامل معهم سهل واحترافي طاقم العمل اكثر من رائع ومايقصرون ابدا وهمهم خدمة العميل بأفضل وجه?? المعرض محل ثقه وانصح بالتعامل معهم.
شاكره ومقدره.. مع ان السياره متوفره بالرياض لكن التواصل معنا كان جميل والسعر ايضا افضل
We ordered from them a car for Riyadh, and they shipped it through Al-Basami company within 3 days and it arrived.. Dealing with them is easy and professional. The staff is more than wonderful and they never fail to serve the customer in the best way ?? The showroom is trustworthy and I recommend dealing with them.
Thank you and appreciate it..although the car is available in Riyadh, but the communication with us was nice and the price is also better

مندوب المبيعات بينبع يقول اشحنها للمدينه..مين يعوضني الشحن وسيارة بديلة حسب وزارة التجارة...السيارة جديدة وعطلتني كثير..انتظر ردكم بأسرع وقت او نتواصل عن طريق وزارة التجارة...
بالمناسبه فرشات السيارة لسه غير متوفرة؟؟؟؟؟؟

The sales representative in Yanbu says I will ship it to the city..Who will compensate me for the shipment and a replacement car according to the Ministry of Commerce...The car is new and has delayed me a lot..I am waiting for your response as soon as possible or we can communicate through the Ministry of Commerce...
By the way, the car mats are still not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يوم الاحد كان عندي موعد صيانه للتوجيلا وحصل فيها عطل غير متوقع في فتحات التهوية للامامية بسبب كثرة السفر على السيارة وربما من قوة الهواء اثر عليها .. تم اصلاح العطل وعمل صيانه دوريه كامله للسيارة واستلمت السيارة جاهزة مكملة بأفضل حالة وما قصروا معاي والوقت ما اخذت ٤٠ دقيقه الا والسيارة جاهزة ??
