★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know the standard by which I should judge my experience. The staff is nice, place is clean, and I bought the cake which was a bit pricey but never mind.
Now the problem is that small 110 riyal chocolate cake tastes like a CHEAP cake. By cheap I mean it's not a fault in preparation, or storage. This is just everyday below average chocolate ingredients with sour cocoa. I get those from the local patisserie in my home country for much less $$. Now for premium tasty chocolate cakes, I couldn't find anyone in Madina to be honest.
Looking at the bright side, The English cake was nice that's why I gave it a two star review. But the cake is not enough for me to pay this shop any visits in the future.
