★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this apartment to spend a night on the way from Abha to Khobar. The location is good. It is next to Othaim shopping center and good eateries.
We arrived at about 8 pm. We were given an apartment with a really tiny washroom. After complaining they put us in another apartment. In the morning we noticed that WC was not working. And the shower was not functional at all.
A hotel apartment without WC and shower! Disappointment is a smaller word.
I believe we are entitled for full refund. We informed the staff and left for our destination.

The bathroom fitting is very bad condition, shower faucet is not working properly, No bathroom towels , (have to wait for bathroom towel for long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with big rooms located at Hawtat Bani Tamim highway..has two types of toilet arabic and modern..Has restaurant just outside the hotel..lots of Aramco service company stays here for field jobs.
