The staff are barely providing any support, even when you asked them, they don't show the welcoming attitude (if I may say).
Parking area need better organization, it is tight, and it is little bit hard to get to the main road due to the high traffic and small exit.

How could someone sell things expensive without warranty or guarantee? Arrogant people kills company business and owner should see why all give less rating ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know when they say the customer is always right? Yea well this saying doesn’t go well with this place. They make it seem like the customer is a liar. We got couches from this place and one of the couches got damaged by the workers. We told them about this whole thing and they think we damaged it. Why would we damage our new bought couches if we wanted them from the first place? Then they send us workers that keep taking pictures of the couch and sending it to the manager and tell us to wait for the approval to change. This isn’t the first time they do that. What’s this terrible service??! I wouldn’t advice anyone to buy anything from this place. Or if you’re willing to buy something take pictures of your items before they’re handed so you could prove they were in perfect shape since they believe that the customers are liars.
