تجربه سيئه توقعتهم افضل
فصلت مطبخ مع ان السعر مبالغ فيه بس قلت الزين سعره فيه طلع الشغل غير التصميم وركبو لي المجلى بدون توصيل سباكه وركبو لي مروحة شفاط وسعرها ١١٠٠ ومميزات واخر شي يقلون زيد فلوس نوصلها لك بامروحة المطبخ جبت واحد من الشارع احسن من شغلهم الي سعر فلكي .. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

ركبت عندهم مطبخ بحدود 28 الف ريال اقل من سنه وكل المطبخ طططططاح واكلمهم ومايردون عليك يماطلون الى ماينتهي الضمان بعدها يشيلوا يدهم !
شغل كلمة سيئ قليله عليه انتبهوا تنغششششوا.

البداية كانت جيدة اعطوني اهتمام و ابتسامة عريضة
بعد مرور سنة بدأت تظهر المشاكل تكسر مفصلات الومينيوم ثم بدأت تظهر تشطبات و شقوق على سطح الرخام و بعد مرور سنين تراكمت التشققات و زادت و توسعت شاهد الصور لترى سماكة الرخام الصناعي المركب...... حسبي الله عليهم (الفواتير لا تزال معي)
للأسف لم يكن لدي خبرة بتفاصيل مثل سماكة الرخام او الألومنيوم.
حاولت التواصل مع الشركة نفسها لطلب صيانة للرخام للأسف دون جدوى.... أولا لايردوا على الواتساب الا بعد فترة ثم كل واحد يحولني لرقم آخر ثم اعطوني موعد ولم يحضر أحد.
أخيراً أخذت قرار للتعامل مع شركة مختصة بالرخام و الاتفاق لتغيير كامل رخام المطبخ بمبلغ وقدره.
أخيرا إذا عزمت أمرك للتعامل معهم فلتضع في حسابك انه لايوجد خدمات ما بعد البيع او تأكد أن الخدمة مذكورة في العقد بشكل واضح حتى تستطيع الشكوى عند الجهات المعنية.
