لحين ان فرض عليهم ذلك عن طريق وزارة التجارة!
المحل لم يتعاون معي ابدا في المشكلة رغم وضوح مسؤوليته.
وكان هناك بعض المراوغات منهم طوال الفترة لحين ان تدخلت وزارة التجارة بالموضوع!

Until that was imposed on them through the Ministry of Trade!
The shop never cooperated with me on the problem despite its clear responsibility.
And there were some quirks from them throughout the period until the Ministry of Trade intervened in the matter!
