اشترينا كڤر ومسكة للجوال صحيح رخيص بس المبدأ يقول ماتغشني، سألناه اصلي وكويس؟قال ايه ممتاز. طبعا ركبناه وانفكت المسكة الي ورا !! بعد يومين بالضبط رجعنا لهم. قال الموظف الموجود( غير الي باع علينا) وش تبين اسويلك الحين؟ بطريقة تهكمية انتي ماخذه الرخيص و ماعليه ضمان وقام بتمزيق المسكة من الكڤر! وقعد يناقش باسلوب مستفز ويكذبنا ..وو واصلا جوالك ثقيل ومنهو الي باع عليك ماعندنا احد بالمواصفات الي ذكرتيها وو.. قعد يلطلط ويكذبني وبالاخير جاب مسكة جديده وقال خوذيها كانه يتصدق علي ! و رديت عليه هذا مو اسلوب تكذبنا ثم تتمسخر علينا! بضاعتكم رديئه وتبيعونها ع انها ذات جودة ليش؟! مب حرام وغش. طيب ع الاقل اسلوب !حتى لو انا غلطانه مفروض تستقبل الزبون بافضل من هالاسلوب وتتعلم تكسب الناس مو تنفرهم .. تجربه سيئه وللاسف سعوديين.
Bad merchandise and worse service
We bought a cover and a holder for the mobile, right, cheap, but the principle says don't cheat me, we asked him, original and good? He said what is excellent. Of course we rode it and took the hold back!! Exactly two days later we came back to them. The existing employee said (other than the one who sold on us), what do you see as your asking for it now? In a sarcastic way, you took it cheap and didn't have a guarantee, and he ripped the hold from the infidels! He sat arguing in a provocative manner and deceived us.. and he kept your mobile phone heavy and he sold it to you. We don't have anyone with the specifications you mentioned, and he sat belittling and lied to me. And I replied to him, this is not a method of lying to us and then mocking us! Your goods are poor and you sell them because they are of good quality. Why?! It is forbidden and cheating. Ok, at least a method! Even if I make a mistake, I am supposed to receive the customer in a better way than this method and learn to win people and not alienate them.. A bad experience, unfortunately, for Saudis.
